Why are my transactions Pending Refund on t3rn testnet?

Some of my transactions are showing as "Pending Refund" for days now and when I click on them it says "Is Refundable: NO" why is it show this?

The team on Discord mentioned that they would refund everyone for these transactions, let's hope they stay true to their word...
