1) Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BitBlog website, forum, guides, tools, rewards, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3) User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you submit (posts, replies, images, guides, comments) (“User Content”). You grant BitBlog a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
4) Community Rules
- No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
- No spam, scams, or market manipulation.
- No doxxing or sharing private information without consent.
- Respect intellectual property; post only content you have rights to share.
- Disclose conflicts of interest when promoting projects.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
5) Airdrops, Rewards & No Financial Advice
Information on airdrops, quests, rewards, and Web3 tools is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Crypto assets are volatile and involve risk, including potential loss. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals. BitBlog does not guarantee token distributions, eligibility, or outcomes of third-party campaigns.
6) Prohibited Conduct
- Bypassing or interfering with security or access controls.
- Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or abusing rate limits.
- Uploading malicious code, bots that disrupt usage, or attempting account takeover.
- Using the Service in violation of applicable laws or sanctions.
7) Intellectual Property
The BitBlog name, logos, design, and code are owned by BitBlog or its licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited license to use the Service, no rights are granted. Do not use our marks without written permission.
8) Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may link to third-party sites, wallets, blockchains, or community servers. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
9) DMCA / IP Complaints
If you believe content infringes your rights, email legal@bitblog.io with: (a) your contact info, (b) identification of the work and allegedly infringing material, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief of infringement, and (d) your signature. We may remove content and notify the user.
10) Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITBLOG AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50.
11) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BitBlog from any claims, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of London, UK, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in London. You and BitBlog waive the right to a jury trial and class actions to the extent permitted by law.
14) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
